Free Mindfulness Workshops for Parents – May 2 & 17

The TDSB Parent Partnership Committee on Mental Health and Well-Being invites you to attend a presentation on Mindfulness for Families with Sue Hutton of Mindfulness Everyday. There are currently two sessions scheduled – please click on the links below for additional information and to register:
