Allenby is one of five Ward 8 elementary schools scheduled for Full-Day Kindergarten (FDK) in September 2014. All five schools have space constraints that make finding room for FDK a challenge. A Program Area Review (PART), involving parents, community members and staff, has been meeting since February 2013 to plan community consultations and to identify what is needed to find workable solutions in each school. Allenby’s FDK/Space Committee has been meeting since the fall in preparation for the formal PART process.

On this page you will find updates regarding the PART process to help you stay informed. More detailed information is available on the TDSB’s Better Schools, Brighter Futures web page. We encourage you to attend the public meetings at Lawrence Park C.I. on March 20, April 16 and May 15.
