Winter snow banks, cars parked illegally and two way traffic all contribute to the congestion outside and around the Kiss and Ride zone. These circumstances coupled with residents attempting to leave their driveways have solicited concern from drivers, residents and pedestrians. With the winter weather the situation worsens and is now continuing further west on Castlefield. If you drive, please help by using the Kiss and Ride drop off and proceed only west on Castlefield. If you drive to the school in the a.m. or p.m. travelling only eastbound on St. Clements and westbound on Castlefield will help ease the traffic woes.
Another reminder for all drivers that parking your car along the Kindergarten playground is prohibited at drop off and pick up times and any vehicles are unable to safely pass and continue driving in a timely manner down the street. Please adhere to all traffic bylaws.
