Now is the time to bring your bins back to school. We are ready to welcome the Red Wigglers back into our classroom communities. Please return the bins to last year’s teacher. If you would like to keep some worms and set up your own home bin, please do so! Email Alanna Julian; Teacher Librarian, for advice.
Library learning commons
Thank you for supporting our Book Exchanges from home. As we fall into routines at school it is so important to our entire staff that you are reading with your kids and helping them remember to return their books each week. We had over 30 000 books borrowed last year and we could not do it without you!
Unlike the Toronto Public Library we do not set fines for late books. However, once a book is LOST I ask a $10 fee be paid to the Library to help cover the replacement cost. Thank you to the families who have begun clearing up their child’s lost books from last year. Please direct questions regarding this policy to Alanna Julian.
