This year, Allenby students have the opportunity to join hundreds of other schools for a virtual Jump Rope for Heart event. On Friday, June 19th we encourage every Allenby family to spend an hour being active in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Start practicing your skipping, jump shots or any other jumping related activity that will get you moving and your heart pumping. Mr. Barta and Ms. Kanarek will host a virtual meeting to kick off the event at 12:00 pm that day. Details on how to join will be posted that morning in google classrooms. If you would like to visit the Heart and Stroke website there are activities for kids, information about the virtual skipathon and an opportunity to donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
