Allenby swimmers have spent weeks of early mornings in the pool. They have shown dedication to improving their strokes and times and they are on fire! Our swim team competed on April 9 at Harbord Collegiate and we had an astonishing 49 out of 54 swimmers qualify for the finals. Our swimmers will be bringing their best to the finals at Rosedale Heights on April 17, and we couldn’t be more proud!
In all the years we have had a swim team, the highest number of qualifiers had been 35. We need to give a very special thank you to Mr. Ferreira and Ms. Dunn! Both coaches have shown amazing commitment and dedication to this awesome group of swimmers.
