Principal’s Message

Over the last few weeks the efforts of staff, students and our parent community have reminded me what this time of year is all about…giving. Our Eco Club has repurposed crayons and have been gifting them to classes; our Me to We Club has raised over $1800 for Sick Kids; many parent volunteers joined us this week for our skating trips; students in Room 215 have been participating in various action-based initiatives to make a difference for Syrian refugees, and a committed group of parents have been working to support one of the many thousands of Syrian families coming to Canada. All of these groups inspire me to care more, give more and do more.

I hope that your time this holiday season is filled with enjoyment, laughter, rest and the presence of family and friends. Wishing you and your families a safe and happy holiday season.
