Dear Parents,
We have three showcases over the course of the year providing opportunities for Allenby students to perform musical pieces. We will also have a Music Night showcasing our itinerant music programs and our primary and junior choirs, and in the spring, a kindergarten concert.
There will be a dress rehearsal the day before each showcase at 10:30am providing all students the opportunity to see all performances. Parents who cannot attend on the evening of the showcase are welcome to come to the dress rehearsal.
Each family will receive two tickets to attend the showcase. We must limit the number of tickets given the fire code for the gym.
If your child is performing they should arrive to their classroom at 6:30pm in order to ensure we start on time.
We will NOT be providing childcare given concerns with supervising the number of students who attend. Please make childcare arrangements. If any students attend as part of the two tickets per family, they are asked to remain seated with their parent and not to sit at the front of the gym.
