By coming to Big Night Out and bidding on fantastic silent and live auction items for the whole family! Big Night Out is next Thursday, November 10th, starting at 7:30 in the Allenby gym.
This year’s event is gearing up to be bigger and better than ever! Last year, Big Night Out raised over $15,000 to support school-wide programs and initiatives such as Scientists in the School, Artists in the Classroom and special performances. This year, we are aiming for $17,000. Not only that, we hope to have over 200 parents in attendance!
The Big Night Out committee has put together an evening that should not be missed. They have dedicated hundreds of hours to make this event spectacular. The local business community has been amazingly supportive of this fundraising initiative, donating over $30,000 worth of goods and services to the live and silent auctions!
Now, it’s our turn Allenby Parents! If we don’t support our school, who will? If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, please do so by November 4th! Click here for the invitation and ticket order form. Print it, and fill it out right now! Do not delay! Please return cheques and order forms (with volunteer preferences indicated) to the office! We need firm numbers by the end of this week! Also, check out the auction program. There are definitely some great deals to be had!
