It’s the students’ turn to show their school spirit, have fun and get involved in fundraising for the schoolyard all at the same time. Next Friday, November 28 is Spirit Day at Allenby when students will dress as their favourite hero and Dance Hard for Our Schoolyard!
Dance-a-thon sheets have been sent home, but if you didn’t get one, you can download it here. Magen Boys Entertainment has generously donated their services for this amazing fundraiser for the students. Their team is pumped and excited to get Allenby students dancing and moving for a great cause.
We are encouraging each student to raise at least $20 in donations from extended family and friends. If every student brings in at least $20, that could amount to over $15,000 towards our campaign and put us on track to get a newly paved running track with lines that every student will use during gym classes and outdoor play.
All individual donations over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt. Donations can be made via cash or cheque made payable to the Allenby Parents’ Association.
