Parents are reminded that our Allenby is Amazing Annual Donation Campaign is still underway. We’ve raised 74% of our targeted amount so far and we hope to make it to our goal of $18,000 before the winter holiday break.
All contributions will help make amazing things happen at our school this year. We expect to use our annual operating budget and surplus to spend close to $100,000 on our children, well over $100 per child! We’ve allocated $400 per classroom for Enrichment Grants and $500 per classroom for Experts Visits. We’ve developed a shared budget with the school that includes spending on Literacy items, STEM resources, Arts projects, Physical Education equipment and Health and Safety initiatives. Our goal is always to enhance the educational experience of our students. And, of course, parent input into APA spending is always welcome.
