As usual, Allenby is off to a busy start! Many thanks to the parents who have volunteered their time already. Class parents, Kiss N Ride volunteers, planning for the After 4 program, Pizza lunch coordinators, Big Night Out Volunteers, Attendance Verification, and the list continues… all so important.
As we approach the first APA meeting of the year, next Wednesday (7-9) in the library, I am thrilled to give you the nominations for your Executive Council:

Voting will take place at the meeting. The other vote at the meeting will be on the 2013-2014 budget. This budget was presented for discussion at the June 2013 meeting.
Other important updates at the meeting will include
- an update by our new Principal, Cate Spidle
- an update on the our field, as there are several discussions underway
