November is just around the corner, and we need your help to plan the APA’s fall fundraiser – Big Night Out 2012.
Last year’s Big Night Out was a huge success and we hope to build on the momentum and create another amazing night that all Allenby parents will enjoy. We need your enthusiasm and great ideas to make it happen!
The planning committee generally meets two evenings per month leading up to the event. We will need help planning refreshments, entertainment and decorations; soliciting donors and items for the silent auction; recruiting volunteers for the evening; and communicating with the Allenby community about the event.
