When it’s raining or snowing and the cold winds are blowing, recess is indoors, and we will keep the fun going! We need your help to turn indoor recess days into the best days.
When recess is indoors, students go to either the library, cafeteria, or gym.
Because these locations will have upwards of 150 kids, the Health, Wellness, and DEI Committee is launching a donation drive to stock the “Great Indoors” Play Bins, and we’re asking for help to fill these bins with fun, engaging, interactive activities that keep student minds buzzing, imaginations racing, and everyone happily occupied… indoors!
Collection bins will be placed outside the main office and available from October 13 to October 23.
Our Wishlist (New or Gently Used Items):
- Games: UNO, playing cards, chess, checkers, Connect Four, Jenga, Hedbanz, or Scrabble.
- Books: Search & find, how-to-draw, brain teasers, riddles, mindful colouring books, and primary/junior reading books.

- Craft Supplies: Crayons, markers, pencil crayons, paint sticks, pipe cleaners, pony beads, and blank drawing paper.
No donation is too small to make a big difference, and we thank you in advance for your incredible support!
