5-Day School Schedule
Allenby started operats on a 5-day cycle. Instead of having swimming every Tues (for
example), swimming would be every Day 2. Children with swimming on Monday or Friday
won't be missing out because of holidays.

Attendance
- Please phone 416-393-9114 to report absences to our Attendance Verification
Program (AVP).
- Late students must report to the office to get a late slip
- If you are picking up your child during school hours
- Children cannot leave on their own.
- Report to the office to sign your child out and your child will meet you there.

Kindergarten Notes:
- Kindergarten students are dropped off at the kindergarten gate where a staff
member will greet them, while parents, guardians and caregivers remain outside the
fence.
- Kindergarten children are dismissed individually by their teacher to their parent,
guardian, or caregiver.
- Swimming begins in Senior Kindergarten.

Lost and Found:
- The "Lost and Found" is located in the lower level across from the girls' washroom,
near the pool.
- Items will be donated to charity on the last Friday of every month.
