| Allenby Family Directory and Class Lists Updates To update your information for the printed Family Directory and Class Lists, please complete our Directory Update Form. Don`t forget to click on the ``Submit`` button when you are done. Newsletters The Allenby Parents' Association publishes a weekly bulletin, called APA Updates, that is sent via e-mail. Once a month, a larger newsletter, called the Allenbeat, replaces APA Updates. The Allenbeat includes both school news and Allenby Parents' Association news. The grade five students also periodically publish their own newsletter, the Kidsbeat. It is e-mailed with the Allenbeat. If you are not receiving our newsletter, but would like to, and are a parent or guardian of an Allenby student, please fill out our Newsletter Signup Form and click the submit button. It is important to note that information for the printed Family Directory and Class Lists (including email addresses) is stored separately from the email addresses we send the newsletter to. If your email address changes, and you would like it changed in the Family Directory and Class Lists, please use the directory update form. Meetings The Allenby Parents' Association (APA) usually meets on the last Wednesday of each month, in the library from 7-9 pm. Babysitting is provided. All parents are encouraged to attend.
