We are thrilled to be hosting guest speaker Dr. Alex Russell at our school on Wednesday, November 22nd to speak with us parents about the topics of stress, anxiety and worry in our kids, and what tools we can leverage to help them (and ourselves) along this journey.<\/p>\n

After the presentation (and at our request), Dr. Russell\u2019s book will be available for purchase ($20, cash or cheque accepted). Quantities will be limited. Here is the\u00a0amazon.ca<\/a>\u00a0description of this must-read.<\/p>\n
