You will walk away with strategies that can be implemented right away for both yourselves and your children. Be part of building a less stressed home and community.<\/p>\n<p>Anne Murray is a nurse, adult educator and life coach and works with families, educators and youth, coaching and facilitating ways to recognize, reduce and develop strategies for managing the stressors in their lives.\u00a0Anne has been instrumental since 1999 in the development of the <strong><em>Kids Have Stress Too!<\/em> <\/strong>Program initiated by the Psychology Foundation of Canada that includes many resources that are downloadable for free <a href=\"http:\/\/allenbyparents.us9.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=5b5527a684a32a91614edc1de&amp;id=421ea883e9&amp;e=f487ea71b1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><u>Event details<\/u><br \/>\nWhen: Monday, March 6 from 7:00\u00a0pm to 8:30 pm<br \/>\nWhere: Allenby Library<br \/>\nRSVP: <a href=\"mailto:amberjchristie@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Amber Christie<\/a>.
