The countdown is on\u2026LIP SYNCH 2015 coming soon!<\/strong><\/p>\n

For those new to Lip Synch, it is an evening show featuring groups of Allenby students lip synching to their favourite songs. This is the 24th annual show and it never fails to be an evening full of spirit and fun for both students and families. This event is also a fundraiser for the APA.<\/p>\n

Important dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tryouts<\/strong> – Wednesday, January 21 & Thursday, January 22 – after school in the gym*
\nDress rehearsal<\/strong> – Wednesday, February 11 & Thursday, February 12 – after school in the gym
\nLip Synch shows<\/strong> – Thursday, February 19 and Friday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

* All are welcome to participate in Lip Synch. Tryouts are for purposes of music selection and to ensure all acts are suitable for the event (i.e. family friendly) groups should be a minimum of 2.<\/p>\n

Sign-up forms will be available on the website the week of January 12 and in the newsletter on January 15. Please print, fill out and return to the bin marked “Lip Synch” in the office by Monday, January 19<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We ask that a parent\/guardian from each group be present at the tryout and dress rehearsal. Bring your song on a cd, phone or iPod for the tryout.<\/p>\n
