This is a new TDSB\/Toronto Hydro initiative that encourages TDSB families to sign up for Toronto Hydro&#8217;s &#8220;green&#8221; programs and services. This program supports the new TDSB Charter for Active, Safe and Sustainable Transportation, that promotes travel to school by walking, cycling or other modes of active transportation.<\/p>\n<p>There is no cost to families. Simply <a title=\"Team Up For Green sign up\" href=\"http:\/\/teamupforgreen.com\/sign-up\/\" target=\"_blank\">sign up online<\/a> for one or all three of the applicable paperless services. You may also download money-saving coupons for energy-efficient products. Encourage family and friends to sign up as well. The more TDSB schools and families participating, the more likely the TDSB will reach their fundraising goal of $250,000 towards the purchase and installation of 500 new bike racks at our schools.<\/p>\n<p>To sign up (you will find &#8216;Allenby&#8217; in the drop down menu) or to learn more about this initiative, please visit T<a title=\"Team Up for Green\" href=\"http:\/\/teamupforgreen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">eamUpForGreen.com<\/a>.
