The safety of our children is most at risk during these winter months if drivers do not use common sense on the roads. Please watch for children walking and stopped vehicles using our Kiss ‘n Ride programme. Thank you to everyone who is trying to walk in order to reduce the traffic congestion. If you do drive your children to school, please consider the “Walk A Block” idea and avoid the busy spots near the school. Thank you to our Kiss ‘n Ride volunteers for their tireless energy and constant smiles!<\/p>\n
The construction is behind schedule by 2 weeks due to the tree debris and the power outage over the break, however, it should only be a matter of days before the excavation of the hill begins. Unfortunately, a large portion of the paved area of the school yard will be fenced in as a hoarding area, however, this is to provide room for the construction vehicles to be safely parked within a fenced space.
