We are excited to share that on Thursday, June 15, the entire school will be participating in an outdoor yoga class with Little Yogis.<\/p>\n<p>The pandemic has brought about significant challenges for many of our little ones, including decline in self regulation\u00a0and behavioural changes (Children\u2019s Mental Health Ontario, 2022). Movement\u00a0like yoga\u00a0can help students feel calm, find balance, and recharge and strengthen their minds and bodies.<\/p>\n<p>We ask that parents send students with a yoga mat or towel (that is ok to use on the turf) and for students to wear comfy, stretchy clothing.<\/p>\n<p>This event is sponsored by the APA\u2019s Health and Wellness Team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Families!
