With that focus in mind, we are sharing this excellent resource compiled by the Children’s Mental Health of Ontario (CMHO). This resource was created to help families adjust to school life, support their children’s mental health and help build relationships.<\/p>\n
We encourage families to use this as a starting point for discussions, and hope it will help guide you through any challenges you and your family may be encountering.<\/p>\n
